Please allow me to introduce Country Music’s next hottest star, Shane Morgan. Shane has a sound of his own and is ready to hit the road with his amazing musical talent and awe inspiring stage presence that will leave the fans breathless. I hope you have the time to check out some of his songs. Shane has been featured in "Music's Rising Stars Magazine" and is being played on radio world wide. We are very excited to see Shane explode in the music scene.
Shane was born in Rochester New York and grew up in Duluth Minnesota, a long way from Nashville Tennessee where he now makes his home. Shane’s journey towards his love of music began when he was 6 years old and started playing piano. By the time he was 9 he was playing violin in his school orchestra. At 13 he proved to himself and everyone who knew him that his gift for music extended to singing. When he was 17 he performed “I Cross My Heart” at the Central High School Pop Concert to an audience of 3500. Thus began his dream of becoming a country music star. His Grandpa Charlie had a band during the 1970’s and 1980’s and this was a tremendous influence on Shane. He taught himself to play guitar and spent many hours perfecting his style. During this time he was offered a spot on a local radio talent show and was spotlighted on the local news where he performed an awe inspiring rendition of “The Cowboy Rides Away”. It is no wonder that George Strait remains his favorite country star.
Shane enlisted in the United States Air Force and received an honorable discharge. He immediately moved to Nashville and began his quest to become a country music star.
Shane has performed at several well known Nashville locations including Douglas Corner, Bluebird Café, Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Norm’s River Road House and the Nashville Palace where you can catch him in December 2009! Add to that his feature article in “Music’s Rising Stars” magazine earlier this year.
Shane’s music is being played and enjoyed by fans throughout the world. His song “A Little Rain” was at #1 on the country charts and #15 in all music categories in September on the Independent Charts.
