About
Alice Stuart has had several music careers over her forty plus years in the music industry. As a folk singer, she was discovered and recorded by Arhoolie records. As one of the first (if not The first) woman rock guitarists, she fronted her own power trio and wrote most of the songs performed by Snake.
She dropped out of music to raise her family, but returned in 1995 recording two widely hailed CDs of country folk blues music.
Her latest project and band, The Formerlys, has made two CDs and is known for their professional musicianship and a wide range of musical styles.
Alice will leave the labels to YOU.
