Established in the Summer of 2009 under the management of Momma K and developed by Jordan Phillips, Rebel Download found themselves discouraged until 2010 in which time RDB entered the Texas Music Circuit as well as developing their own genre of music (Tripadelic Honky Tonk: a blend of Country, Classic Southern Rock, & Blues).

2012 East Texas Music (People’s Choice Awards) Rebel Download Band was VOTED in the top 5 Best Country Bands in East Texas, out of 60 plus bands. Rebel Download Band was also nominated for Entertainer of the Year and is currently in 3rd. place.

With a mountain of original written material, as well as covers, Rebel Download aspires to always bring to the show the unexpected.... that no matter how many concert's you've seen them in, it is always exciting and new. From the Amazing ” Over -the –Head” lead solo's by Jordan Phillips, or the jaw dropping Backward Backbend Bass solo's by Magan Phillips, or the Fabulous Rockin’ Rhythm Guitar by Charlie Reaves, and the Electrifying Dynamic drum solo's by Luke Ray Reaves. They will leave you wanting more...you will always leave musically inspired.

Coming in July 2012 RDB will be aired in a 30 minute music show on KLNM Live @ The George (be sure to stay tuned).

Rebel Download has played Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. They have played such stages as, The Angelina County Expo Center, Lone Star Rally, Houston Live Stock Show & Rodeo & BBQ Cook-Off, as well as (Loose Wheel's TX.) Run for the Hills and Papa's On the Lake.

Rebel Download signed onto the independent label
"Highway 24 Records" in February of 2011....currently still signed onto this label.

Since signing on to this label, they have received artist management, studio albums (and more to come), vocal technique coaching provided by Brett Manning, and live performance development provided by Tom Jackson.

They have also had the privilege of sharing the stage with many artists such as Mark Alan Threadgill, Dewey Wayne, Charlie Lucas, Johnny Falstaff and more...

They also have had the honor to perform some of the same stages as nationally recognized artists such as David Allan Coe, Johnny Lee, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Radney Foster, Casey Donahew Band, RoseHill, Ray Benson (of Asleep at the Wheel)& Brandon Rhyder.
