Im country music recording artist Mark Austin. I write and perform my own brand of original country music. I was born and raised in a small town in southwestern Pennsylvania. Began performing at the early age of 6. Grew up listening to all the great country music artists, while trying to create my own style. I didn't start writing music until I started goin' through some tough times in my life. In those tough times I was being molded into the man that I am today. The songs that I write are ones that I have personally experienced. My brand new album "Whole Lot of Country" tells my story and defines who I am. I have walked a long and hard road to get to where I am today. The songs from the album tell the stories of the broken relationships with women, and the struggles with whiskey that I consumed to try to kill the pain and the hurt of those relationships. Now all of the songs on the album have been written by myself from the title song "Whole Lot of Country" to the last song on the album "Give Me a Break". The purpose of this website is so that I can get those of you who are country music fans to take notice of my music and hope to win you over.
