Tammie’s career has been fun to watch. Since 2009, Tammie has received numerous nominations for the Carolina Music Awards Female Country Artist of the Year, winning the title in 2011. Tammie's debut single "Tall Dark & Lonesome" spent thirteen weeks on the Music Row charts, and garnered heavy airplay on stations like WKML 95.7fm in Fayetteville, NC after being released to National Radio. In addition to her Music Row debut, Tammie's music has been added to Pandora Radio, several overseas playlists, and countless internet stations.

The success of her single has led to Tammie headlining the Robeson County Fair, showcasing at the prestigious Friars Club in New York City, and to Tammie being invited to open for Charlie Daniels in Las Vegas as well as other shows including Taylor Swift, Bucky Covington, Billy Dean, The Oak Ridge Boys, Phil Stacey and Jeannie Seely. Tammie was also just added to the lineup at Rapids Jam, a 3 day country music festival in Roanoke Rapids NC.
