About
Cathey was born in Riverside, California. Raised in a music loving family, she spent much of her childhood listening to Merle Haggard, Marty Robbins, Johnny Cash, and Waylon Jennings to name a few. Her love for country music has continued into her adult life with influences of Sara Evans, Patty Loveless, Trisha Yearwood, Faith Hill and Miranda Lambert.
