Its funny (in an interesting sort of way) how life can be...for me its been much like a 'comedy of errors'. After all these years, I feel I can now happily call myself a singer/songwriter.

When I was very young, my only dream was to be a musician, but sadly fate/life had other ideas. To cut a long story short, I've finally arrived back to "new beginnings" - hopefully a little wiser. Circumstances have encouraged me to soul search: to look more deeply inside amongst the cobwebs, where I've discovered a new creative corner in songwriting.

Over the past few months, I've aired my country/folk styled original songs (with my unique style strum & "3 and a half chords").
I've performed my songs at "Originals Singer/Songwriter Evenings" (that a local cafe hosts), while busking and at other small gigs. Its been extremely heartening to get positive feedback.

Songwriting is a very exciting new skill for me. I know I have a huge learning curve ahead, but I aim to continue in this direction.
One day I may even pride myself in having "great" song in my collection. How good would that be!! :)
