Nashville,
Tenn. (June 5, 2012) - Grammy and CMA nominated songwriter JAMES
HOUSE (“Ain’t That Lonely Yet,” “Broken Wing”) has had a
busy spring. The Mavericks have returned to country radio
with their first single in eight years, a Raul Malo/James House
co-write, BORN TO BE BLUE.
Also, on June 27th, the HBO series, “True Blood” will feature the James House/John Brannen penned GET LUCKY performed by the Troubadour Kings.
HOUSE also has two songs on the new BONNIE TYLER album, recently recorded in Nashville at Blackbird Studios. The new disc is scheduled to be released later this summer.
Last year HOUSE (BMI) signed a publishing deal with industry veterans Evelyn Shriver and Susan Nadler who have reinvented themselves as NOTORIOUS WOMEN MUSIC.
