Nashville Music Guide CMA Fest and Bonnaroo Special Edition
The June issue of the Nashville Music Guide will be
hitting the streets this week. It is filled with
CMA and Bonnaroo history, highlights, events, and
more to aide in your festival
experience.
Our featured story for June is Stephen
Cochran. Stephen has started a movement called
The Stephen Cochran Project and it begins with his
current single and video ‘Pieces’. It deals with
the war at home, after the soldier returns from
overseas. The video has a strong focus on Post
Traumatic Stress and suicide. There are over 3600
veteran suicides monthly and Cochran plans to
decrease those numbers significantly through
awareness and education. The video was released on
Memorial Day.
The June issue will be available online starting
June 1st.
We had great success with our Blues Issue this
month as well as an amazing turn out for the NMG
Annual Blues Jam. The feedback was so tremendous
that it may just become a monthly event. So be sure
to keep up with us on FB, Twitter and everywhere
else to learn more about the details on
this.
We are very excited aboout all the feedback that we
have been recieving about
the editorial
calendar and
all of the new things happening at
NMG.
