MATTER OF TIME - 'An anticipational song of a sweet reunion in life'.

By ChiefBigJoe

MATTER OF TIME - 'An anticipational song of a sweet reunion in life'.
Chorus:It's a matter of time

             I'll be on this train

             Coming to you Mama

             O'Papa all the way

             It's a chatter of prime

             Picking up my gain

             Hugging you Mama

             O'Papa home away

First Verse:School days are over

                  Twilight zone for the holidays

The exams was good and moreover

I did my best and passed by His grace

*The Lord has kept me safe and sound

Through this term of many things

Lessons I've learnt and games on playground

Has made me ready for new beginings

(Repeat chorus................)

Second Verse:I'm so joyful for the vacation

An answer for a lease of ease

                       Friends I've made in education

Are all so glad with yes and no to please

*At the ring of the closing assembly

Helter skelter to a ball for home

Teachers are happy to leave so humbly

The rumbling train I beckon no more to roam

(Repeat chorus.................)

Footnote:I wrote this song out of thrilling flashbacks of waiting to go home on vacation in my school days. There was a train route that usually could take you from a part of the big town where my school was,to the town center where the main transport station for travelling outside the town to other places was situated. It was usually exciting at the close of every academic term to sit or stand with your laugage at various places in the school, waiting for a ride to a chosen point of destination on any terminal school break. Most students at this juncture of the song will be anticipating the meeting of their parents, guardians and friends to go home with, and that becomes so exciting to behold.I guess in life as a whole,it is always good and refreshing to enjoyably anticipate the end of one term in anything for the other. - CBJ.

MY GRANDFATHER - 'A good song of a personal admiration'.

By ChiefBigJoe

MY GRANDFATHER - 'A good song of a personal admiration'.
Chorus(a):My grandfather

                 Was a northern slave

And he did not let that

                 Keep him down in life

                 My grandfather

                 Became a southern brave

                 Working hard with what

He had to become a chief in life

First Verse:If laughter was a goldmine

                   His will be my shrine

If doing good in life is of worth

He did his best on the earth

*After all these years

When I tend to look back

  His honesty brings me cheers

  The destiny of a jack

  From chains to being free

He did not give up in life

  The farmlands do agree

  To his touch of fife

(Repeat chorus...(a)...............)

(Instrumental interlude.............)

Chorus(b):My life weather

                 Is turning upside down

                 All that is dismay

                 For what I want

                 I strive further

                 For the worthy crown

                Of all in my way

Going by the will of grant

Second Verse:If a decade brings a miss out

His passing will be on my file

                       In my wandering all about

My goal is of his mile

*He said chances come in many ways

And an opportunity is what becomes of due

For every place offers a state of grace

To be what you never knew was so true

(Repeat chorus...(b)...............)

(Repeat chorus...(a)...............)

Footnote:I wrote this inspirational song of admiration about my maternal grandfather, who inspite of being captured during warfare and sold as a slave, refused to look down on himself, and turned unfortunate situations in his life into opportunities of greatness. He was from the northern region and ended up in the eastern south.I'm so inspired by his examplary life of courage, wit and wisdom, and hope my passing on his life story of success and victory over failure and defeat, will inspire all people from various walks of life to be victorious in life. - CBJ.

         If sticks can be stones

         Giving can be an outreach

Chorus(a):Kangaroo,kangaroo

Who is your friend, who is your friend

  Needing someone so comely

To enjoy life with like everyone

                       Living life to the full

Yet at the mention of what matters

  And discomforts time after time

In the cold and dangerous trips

Then one day his bell begun to chime

                 You told me so!

Third Verse:In the ongoing time ordeal

                   Of Grizzly Bear in need

Life was lofty full of ill

For kangaroo and his family in greed

*Things started going haywire

As careless animals had their turns

  Having reckless fun of wildfire

With kangaroo's children and his earns

(Repeat chorus...(b)...................)

Coda:Grizzly Bear had found his want

         What a world of merry-go-round

Knocking at his door on hunt

         Kangaroo and the bull astound

How can I help you now

Though you turned me to the street

         When I needed your knowhow

My joy is full and now complete

Boy,little drops of water makes an ocean

Step by step I climb the rope of hope

Some say when you give your all you will go mad

One Good Point About Country Music And Countrylife In General - CBJ.

One Good Point About Country Music And Countrylife In General - CBJ.
Fillamanana:When you are talking about Country Music, you are talking about all of nature being sung and represented as a whole, and nature is made of all shapes, forms and sizes, and so there is the need and importance to allow every good person who is great with his or her talent in music to showcase, exhibit and manifest his or her gift.

Cool-tip:Where my slim sister and lanky brother can write, sing and play their music,as well as my big uncle and fat auntie who can do the same thing too and vice versa - Ya! - Which means whether you are young or old, weak or strong, rich or poor, big or small, thick or thin, short or tall, fat or slim, slender or lanky, chubby or flabby, tiny or voluptuous, you can still become all you wanna be so far as you are good at what you do to excell - No this does not mean anything goes - What this means is that, you still have to be good and talented with your music gift and craft to be recieved, accepted, marketed and embellished into a Superstar.

What a hilarious scenerio:When did Mozart compose his first symphony?

By ChiefBigJoe

What a hilarious scenerio:When did Mozart compose his first symphony?
When the phrase "child prodigy" was coined, they might have been thinking of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791).

At four years of age, he was memorizing a work in as little as half an hour. He began composing at six, and by the age of eight, had written his first symphony, while he was on tour.

At the age of six,Chief Big Joe (1978-1981) was a Compound House Hero gathering neighbouring kids and friends for playtimes where he will be drawing pictures, sharing bible stories as well as sunday-school-songs and choruses right in front of his mother's porch to the hearing and admiration of his favourite grandma,sweet-mommy and neighbouring tenants - lol!

Funny-Cool-Tip:So give unto Mozart what belongs to Mozart, and give unto Joe what belongs to Joe - ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!

P.S:'Child Prodigy was coined for life when we all learned to do right by eachother as individuals of age' - CBJ.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's to his mansion and court and - Chief Big Joe's to his palace and porch - lol!

The Story Of A Strange Bird On A Weird Chase - CBJ.

By ChiefBigJoe

The Story Of A Strange Bird On A Weird Chase.
A strange bird kept chasing a young handsome man everywhere in a little big town I know until one day he and his friends shot it away for good. They wondered why the anonymous chase and felt uncomfortable with the unneeded advances. There were a number of times that the young man was unreasonably attacked by the weird bird.Sometimes giving the impression that it's presence was for good only to indicate nothing but clear and present danger.
The young man in a state of wonder and wanting to know of the actual motive and intentions behind the on going chase,at times gave in to some of the advances just to find out what the chase of the bird was all about.Which most of the time led to his realization that it was either having careless fun in the ordeal,or plainly being obnoxious with him.
A beautiful parrot's observations led to the making of one of her remarkable tunes, singing - 'it's always good to make one's intentions clear and direct when the need arises, for nobody knows tomorrow' - lol!
This weird activity of a strange chase by the bird continued in a cycle of meaningless impressions, leading to unwanted circumstances, and so it was a great relief of joy, security and safety, when at last the young man could live his life with peace of mind in the serenity of his environs, with no disturbances and discrepancies in place of whatsoever from the bird.
Trees were worried, animals were uncomfortable, homes were unhappy and people simply just wanted to be free from the lingering choatic situation of strange happenings and events. So the joy of the community was complete in celebration of the young man's happiness of being rid of the chase of the strange bird.
Sanity is always great when obtained for goodness sake. - CBJ.
'We keep what we need and want and get rid of what we don't'.
